Cyera Return, Repair & Replacement Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Once the manufacturing process starts, the order cannot be canceled.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
The jewellery must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Customized or personalized jewellery is non-returnable.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Items showing signs of wear or alteration.
- Engraved, custom-sized, or specially made jewellery.
3. Repair & Replacement Policy
We understand that jewellery is delicate, and we stand by our craftsmanship. If you experience any of the following issues, we will repair or replace your item:
Loose or missing diamonds/stones
Manufacturing defects (cracks, faulty clasps, etc.)
Repair Process:
- Within 6 months: Free repair for any manufacturing defect.
- After 6 months: Repair charges may apply, depending on the issue.
- Customers must share images of the defect before sending the product for repair.
Shipping Costs for Repairs
- If the defect is due to our manufacturing, Cyera will cover the shipping cost.
- For general wear and tear, the customer will bear the shipping charges.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Repair?

6. Refund Policy
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
7. International Returns & Repairs
- We accept international returns if the item meets the return conditions.
- Customers will be responsible for international return shipping costs.
- For repairs, shipping charges will depend on the issue.
