Cyera Return, Repair & Replacement Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Once the manufacturing process starts, the order cannot be canceled.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
 The jewellery must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Customized or personalized jewellery is non-returnable.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items showing signs of wear or alteration.
  • Engraved, custom-sized, or specially made jewellery.

3. Repair & Replacement Policy

We understand that jewellery is delicate, and we stand by our craftsmanship. If you experience any of the following issues, we will repair or replace your item:

Loose or missing diamonds/stones
Manufacturing defects (cracks, faulty clasps, etc.)

Repair Process:

  • Within 6 months: Free repair for any manufacturing defect.
  • After 6 months: Repair charges may apply, depending on the issue.
  • Customers must share images of the defect before sending the product for repair.

Shipping Costs for Repairs

  • If the defect is due to our manufacturing, Cyera will cover the shipping cost.
  • For general wear and tear, the customer will bear the shipping charges.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Repair?

5. Return & Repair Shipping Address

6. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

7. International Returns & Repairs

  • We accept international returns if the item meets the return conditions.
  • Customers will be responsible for international return shipping costs.
  • For repairs, shipping charges will depend on the issue.
